NUTTY DOUBLE CHOCOLATE COOKIES
In case you haven't figured it out yet, my idea of good cooking is all about easy. Here's a sure-to-be-a-hit cookie recipe with only 6 ingredients. Makes 2 dozen big cookies or up to 4 dozen smaller ones.
1 box devil's food cake mix
1/3 c. water
1/4 c. margarine, softened
1 egg
1 c. white chocolate chips
1 c. pecan pieces
Preheat the oven to 350. Spray cookie sheet/s with nonstick spray. Use a mixer at low speed to combine first 4 ingredients. Stir in chips and nuts; mix thoroughly. Drop by heaping teaspoonfuls onto cookie sheet/s. For small cookies, space 1" apart; for larger, space 2". Bake 10-12 minutes or until the tops are no longer shiny. Don't overbake - cookies should be soft and chewy.
