OOEY GOOEY CHOCOLATE
Here's a crock pot (slow cooker) dessert recipe that is too, too easy and absolutely fabulous!
1 pkg. chocolate cake mix
8 oz. sour cream
1 c. water
4 eggs
3/4 c. oil - vegetable, corn, or similar
1 small pkg. instant chocolate pudding (4-serving size)
1 c. chocolate chips
Spray the inside of crock pot with nonstick cooking spray. In a large mixing bowl, thoroughly mix by hand (or on low speed with a mixer) cake mix, sour cream, water, eggs and oil. Add in pudding mix and blend in; add in chocolate chips and blend in.
Pour batter into crock pot. Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours or high for 3-4 hours. Serve warm with ice cream. Makes 8-12 servings.
